I avoid them wherever I can. I clean with bamboo cloths and brushes and microplastic-free sponges, and I refill my Miniml bottles rather than buying new ones. I can't always avoid plastic completely, but I keep it to a minimum.

No. You can be home, leave access ready, or use your own key safe. I don't hold keys, and key-safe codes are stored securely and deleted on request.

Yes. Tell me about them when you book. Nervous pets can stay in another room, and I use gentle scents, or none if you prefer.

Cancelling 24 hours or more ahead is free. Less than 24 hours' notice, or no access on the day, is charged at 50% of the visit price.

You can pay by card when you book online, or choose cash or bank transfer for one-off and regular cleans, and I'll email you to arrange it. Plans are paid upfront by card, and for regular cleans I'll email you before each later clean with a card payment link, or to arrange cash or bank transfer.
